About the event
Join us at the Hub for a Safe Sitter Essentials and CPR class. This course is designed for middle school students, but any students grades 5 and up would benefit from the training. The course includes 5 hours training designed to prepare kids for being home alone, assisting with younger siblings, and babysitting. The class will also include a 2 hour CPR training. The day will be 9-4 with a break and lunch break. We are looking forward to welcoming back Community Health Educator from Redington Fairview General Hospital, Brittany Dunphy.
There is a participation fee of $15 per student. Lunch will be provided. Please contact maria@enrichmenthub.org with any food allergies, or students are welcome to bring a bag lunch from home.
