The Homeschool Enrichment Hub

A Ministry of First Church of Waterville

Join Us For Enrichment at the Hub

The Hub offers a weekly enrichment event for elementary homeschool students. Join us each Friday afternoon to explore art, experience music, movement, dynamic presentations and more.  We will be offering music the second Friday of each month and art on the third Friday of each month.

We also provide community learning opportunities and clubs each Tuesday where children will have the opportunity to learn in a cooperative environment with their peers. We offer Book of the Month Club, Computer Club, Bible Club, Chess Club, and more. These gatherings will be a wonderful opportunity for children to share their learning with the homeschooling community.

The classes are geared toward elementary aged students, 5-12 years old, however siblings are welcome to attend the larger enrichment events. Parents with babies and toddlers are welcome in the nursery room on the first floor, and in the waiting room there is a complimentary coffee bar.

Please note, the monthly art and music classes have a $5 fee per student
($15 cap per family) to cover the cost of supplies. There are scholarships available, please email maria@enrichmenthub.org with any questions.

Teenagers at the Hub

 Enrichment for Teens

Enrichment Events for Teens! By popular demand we have added Teen sessions! The Hub will be offering monthly Music Appreciate classes and Art History. These sessions will be held on the second and third Friday. There is a $5 charge per class.

Hub Helpers

We will be launching a new program for teens interested in assisting and partnering with our younger learners as a Hub Helper.  We will be having an informational meeting on October 6 at 2:30 to discuss details. We have plans to offer a basic First Aid class as well as a Babysitter Course during this school year for Hub Helpers.
